Quotes and pricing

A diagnosis fee applies to each call-out. Following diagnosis, we provide a fixed price for the repair, which you approve before any work proceeds.

Workmanship guarantee

Repairs are guaranteed against recurrence of the same fault for the stated guarantee period. The guarantee covers workmanship and the specific parts replaced.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing, for example under a commercial maintenance contract.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage unrelated to our work.
